NEXT CALL FOR "RAMON Y CAJAL" DOCTORS TO JOIN IRTA
The Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation (MICINN) will publish soon the Ramón y Cajal call for the incorporation of doctors to research centers.
***Profiles best adapted to Juan de la Cierva call -younger Doctors- could be as well accepted taken into consideration***
IRTA, Agrifood Research Institute, belonging to the Government of Catalonia, is interested in incorporating highly qualified scientific personnel to work in the following field:
Postharvest Engineering in Fruit and Vegetables (Ref. RyC07-2012)
Research will be prefearably focused in postharvest engineering appliable to pome fruits, stone fuits and citrus, including cold storage and controlled atmosphere facilities, postharvest handling equipment, control and expert systems to monitor and forecast fruit quality, and
transportation.
IRTA postharvest research facilities are located in the town of Lleida (Catalonia, Spain).
