Se busca un candidato/a altamente motivado/a que cumpla los requisitos para solicitar un contrato Juan de la Cierva del MINECO (http://tinyurl.com/JDLC2012). El candidato se incorporaría al Grupo de Oncología Molecular del Instituto de Investigaciones Vall d'Hbrón (http://www.vhir.org/gr/nanomolecularoncology) previsiblemente en el primer trimestre del 2013. El candidato trabajará en la identificación de marcadores moleculares de pronóstico y respuesta a tratamiento para pacientes con cáncer colorrectal usando un amplio abanico de técnicas en el campo de la biología celular y molecular, con trabajos in vitro, modelos animales y colecciones de muestras clínicas.
REQUISITOS DE LOS CANDIDATOS:
- Tener un título de doctor con fecha posterior al 1 de septiembre de 2008, excepto en los casos debidamente justificados previstos en la convocatoria.
- Buen record de publicaciones en el campo de la oncología molecular.
- Buen dominio de la lengua inglesa.
CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LOS CONTRATOS:
- Sueldo bruto anual de 24.000 euros.
- Contrato por tres años.
- Ambiente académico activo y estimulante.

POSTDOCTORAL POSITION – MOLECULAR ONCOLOGY - BARCELONA
We are currently seeking a highly motivated candidate to apply for a postdoctoral position funded by the Sara Borrell program of the Spanish Government. The successful candidate will join the Group of Molecular Oncology at Vall d'Hebron Research Institute, Barcelona, Spain (http://www.vhir.org/gr/nanomolecularoncology). The research project will be aimed at the identification of new molecular markers of prognosis and response to treatment in colorectal cancer patients using high cutting-edge throughput analyses.
WE OFFER:
- Gross annual salary: 24,000.00 Euros.
- Three year contract:
- Active and stimulating academic environment
THE CANDIDATES MUST:
- Have a Doctoral degree completed after September the 1st 2008.
- Be fluent in English language.
- Excellent publication record in the field of cancer research.
