Job Offers for Engineers/University Degree (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid ) Position: Program Officer for International Projects Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENTS: Support to the administrative and financial management of the project of the European Union FP7-PEOPLE-2011-ITN "Invisibles", coordinated by the UAM. Application and support to the management of the European Union projects and international projects of the members of the Department of Theoretical Physics.
• University Degree (Undergraduate Degree/Master or equivalent in Economics, Science or Engineering). A degree in Physics will be especially valued.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in administrative and financial management of international projects financed by the European Union.
• Proficiency in office computer application skills (MS Office), especially Excel, and HTML.
MERITS:
• Graduate degree in European Projects Management.
• Experience in an academic environment.
• Other European Union language skills.
• Web page designing skills
• Resolution of economic cases and audits
• Management of scientific projects and consortia of the European Union
CONTRACT:
• One year contract subject to renewal
• Annual Brute Salary to be determined
• Full-time (35 hours)
• Commencement date - Immediate
