| Reporting to the Operations Director, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for keeping production equipment operating efficiently. You will work closely with the Production and Operations team to deliver the best engineering resource on site. Day to day responsibilities include:
*Minimising downtime through an efficient planned maintenance system.
*Supervision of the Maintenance team, including outsourced services.
*Implement new methods and processes to reduce costs, improve lines...
*Recommend new measures for improvement.

| The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
-Superior Industrial Engineer
-Proven track record of maintenance management, ideally in a food manufacturing environment.
-High level of English, both written and spoken.
-High level of computer-aided design tools CAD/CAM.
-Ability to problem-solve, analyse, plan and organise work, either with a team or individually.
-Hands on approach and practice of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, electronics (PLC), heating ventilation, air conditioning and welding.
