ICT events are divided into 3 main streams: conference sessions, an exhibition and networking sessions. The results of the exhibition and networking call for proposals were announced in July.

You can also view the latest version of the conference programme and start organising your agenda. Choose among:

  • Keynote speeches and debates on the digital agenda and research priorities
  • Parallel sessions covering specific areas (energy efficiency, trusted services, healthcare and many more)
  • Work Programme sessions to discover DG INFSO's funding priorities for 2011-2012 and how to submit a proposal

My big idea for the Digital agenda (28/09)

What is your big idea for the Digital Agenda, Europe's new strategy for the digital economy? Vice-President Neelie Kroes will open a debate on how to make the Digital Agenda a reality. You can propose your own "big idea" for the Digital Agenda through an online form by Thursday, 9 September 2010. The best ideas will be presented at the workshop.

 

Energy Efficient ICT: High-level Signatory Event on the JRC Codes of Conduct on Broadband Equipment and Data Centres (28/09)

Large telecom operators and global equipment manufacturers will sign up to the voluntary Codes of Conduct on Broadband Equipment and Data Centres in presence of the Vice-President of the European Commission Neelie Kroes. They will also discuss with her how it can be ensured that voluntary initiatives such as the Codes of Conduct and the ICT4EE Forum contribute successfully to attaining Europe's environmental goals.
