Our institute is looking for a mechanical engineer to work in current projects related to development of novel food machinery.

A degree in mechanical engineer is a must as the work will deal with the construction of the machine.   

 

 


Mechanical engineer (development and construction)

 

Key aspects of activity

v  Autonomously development and construction of assemblies or complete machines including all consisted subtasks

v  Prototype development: design and building of continuous shock wave equipment

v  Cooperation between the sections of machinery (mechanical and electrical) and food applications (pilot plant) from the process technology department

v  New construction and optimization of existing products

v  Preparation of solution approaches for special customers‘ requirements

v  Support and technical advice of customers and production

v  Collaboration in project teams with intern and extern partners

v  Preparing of documentations

Skills

v  Degree in mechanical engineering (focus: development and construction of machines)

v  Knowledge of electrical engineering, physical and material science and interest in food process technology

v  Experience (preferable 2 years) particularly in the described topics

v  Very good Knowledge and training of 3D-CAD-System Inventor

v  Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of German is positive.

v  Autonomously working

v  High willingness for working in a team

v  Interest in development of innovative solution approaches
