We're looking for a Biomedical/Bioinformatics' postdoctoral candidate to apply for a postdoctoral fellowship within the Beatriu de Pinós Programme 2014 (Modality B) (Generalitat of Catalunya) AGAUR.

Applicants will join the Human Molecular Genetics research group at the, IDIBELL (L'Hospitalet de Llobregat) Barcelona, focusing in the molecular bases of hereditary diseases as cystinuria, Wolfram syndrome and Megalecephalic Luekoencephalopathy with subcortical quists, and in the understanding of their fisiopathology by using mice animal models. The position requires:
PhD in bioinformatics/biomedical sciences between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2012.
- Minimum of 2 years of postdoctoral training outside Spain or in a country different from the one in which the PhD is obtained.
- At least 2 publications as first-author (better as much as possible).
- Haven't worked/lived in Spain more than 1 year in the last 2 years.
- Capable of working in an independent manner.
- Spoken and written English
