CIC energiGUNE is an energy storage research centre with headquarters in the Basque Country, which aims to achieve and maintain levels of excellence in all of its research areas of focus and become an international benchmark in its field. The centre has the backing of public institutions and administrations, and of companies directly related to the energy sector.
CIC energiGUNE is now offering Summer Internship on the fields of electrochemical (EES) and thermal (TES) energy storage for graduated students in related areas: materials science, physics, chemistry, engineering, etc.

The Internship
The Summer Internship is intended to provide newly graduated students the opportunity to acquire practical research experience prior to the start of a Master's Degree.
CIC energiGUNE offers 12 grants, 9 in EES and 3 in TES. Financial support will be 250€ / month of work. The applicants must commit at least 8-12 weeks to the project. Students who wish to continue their studies and complete a Master Thesis with us will be positively valued.

ELECTRODE COATINGS FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE SOLID STATE BATTERIES
THE ROLE OF GRAPHENE IN LI-S CATHODE DEVELOPMENT
HARD CARBON SPHERES AS HIGH EFFICIENCY ANODES FOR HIGH ENERGY DENSITY NA-ION BATTERIES
