Last minute announcements
ICT 2010 will be paperless: come prepared & help protect the environment!

For the second time, use of paper at the ICT event will be strictly limited: related documents will be available in electronic format only and no 'conference bag' or map of the venue will be distributed. How can you contribute?

  • Avoid printing the full participants' guide! Check our conference & networking sessions and exhibition stands. Identify in advance all those that are of interest to you as well as when and where they will take place, the 3 day overview of the conference programme will be of great use.
  • Use your free USB stick to check the participants' guide offline & access key documents online (WiFi is available throughout most of the venue)
  • If you are coordinating a networking session or exhibition stand, make it paperless!
Vote for the best exhibit!

Each and every participant has the right to vote for his/her favourite exhibit. The winner and 2 runners-up will receive cash prizes and a trophy.

There are no pre-determined criteria for making the decision. You can choose an exhibit because it had the best demo or because it will have the most impact on our future. Or any other criteria.

Further information about how to vote and prizes.

The Belgian Presidency of the European Union is organising a cocktail party in the prestigious Saint Hubertus Royal Gallery, which will be specially illuminated for the evening. Invitations are required: they will distributed on a "first come, first served" basis during the event. Further information on our website.

My big idea for the Digital agenda (28/09) Reminder!
