SPECIFIC DUTIES: To run specific tasks of the European project "FRAILCLINIC – Feasibility and effectiveness of the implementation of programs to screen and manage frail older patients in different clinical settings"
Funded by the Executive Agency for Health and Consumers of the European Union, in the framework of the Health Program (2008-2013)

• QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
 Bachelor in Medicine
 Specialist in Geriatrics (MIR)

• OTHER REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
 Demonstrated experience in conducting inter-consultations with other hospital medical and surgical services (minimum one rotation needed).
 Experience in intercession programs coordinated with Primary health care (minimal experience in one program).
 Experience in research on aging (at least one publication).
 Knowledge of statistical analysis programs and epidemiological data.
 Fluent English (spoken and written).
 Communication skills and team work ability.

• CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT:
 Duration: from date of signature until completion of the project referenced above on 31/01/2017.
 Remuneration: € 43,800 annual gross.
