Research area
The Laboratory of Functional Foods group at IMDEA is high-output group focused on the development of novel, evidence-based supplements and functional foods, to be employed in cardiometabolic and neurodegenerative disorders. A wide range of in vitro and in vivo techniques are uses, including human trials.
