A postdoctoral position in Structural Biology is available at the Biomolecular Structure Group of IBMC (http://www.ibmc.up.pt/research/research-groups/biomolecular-structure). A PhD in Biochemistry or a related field, as well as strong background in protein expression and purification and/or protein crystallography is required for unveiling the mechanism of action of a Fe-S cluster-containing transcription factor. The position is available from November 1st and funded for 12 months (other funding opportunities available).
