We have four (04) openings for Performance Acceleration Analyst - Procurement

We are looking for very ambitious, committed and passionate candidates about the procurement / manufacturing field with a Master Degree in Engineering, Food technology, Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering. This is an International 4 years Program. We are looking for candidates from all over the world (North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, Middle East & Africa) who can start ASAP and are willing to travel minimum 80% worldwide (2 assignments per year).

We need candidates with "real work experience", not only internships and trainee. We need candidates with 2-4 years procurement experience (a must have).

Client: Our client is the World's leading Nutrition, Health and Wellness Company with an annual turnover of 107.6 billion Swiss francs and more than 278,000 employees worldwide

Location: This is an International 4 years Program (4 open positions). Initial Induction in Vevey, Switzerland (Headquarters). 2 assignments per year (Asia, Latin America, etc.)

Salary & Benefits:

-The Performance Acceleration Analyst will be traveling 90% of the time with paid First Class Air Tickets, Hotels and Restaurants. This is a great opportunity to save up to 90% of the Salary per year.

OVERVIEW:
The Performance Acceleration Analyst for Procurement group is an operational support team of around 30 members with varied cultural and operational backgrounds. Its members work on overseas assignments throughout the year, driving performance acceleration in Procurement and related activities of the company. At the end of the 4 years program, the Performance Acceleration Analyst will become a Global Procurement Manager.

In order to reinforce the team, we are looking for:

Performance Acceleration Analyst - Procurement

To join our 4 years international program with worldwide exposure, international assignments, workshops and seminars to enhance capability.

As a Performance Acceleration Analyst, you will be traveling about 9 months per year with the following responsibilities:
- To assess operations performance against best-in-class and support implementation of best practices.
- To conduct thorough analysis (spend analyses, total delivered cost), develop the best solution with key stakeholders, test for sustainable implementation.
- To transpose practical solutions into best practices and driving the implementation of the solutions.

Based on performance your responsibilities may be progressively increased after 18-24 months up to the level of a Project Leader on site, which includes:

- Lead, coach and develop a team of 3-10 members (e.g. building team spirit; providing the right structure; involving the team in decision making).
- Manage and lead Projects according to objectives, time and budget utilizing project management skills.
- Communicate the outcome in form of detailed presentation & executive summary to local & senior management.

Expected Profile:
- Master Degree in Supply Chain/Procurement, Engineering, Food technology, Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- 2-4 years relevant experience in Procurement - a must!
- International Exposure
- Fluency in English, plus at least 1 major language such as Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese. It's a must!
- Strong analytical skills coupled with diplomacy and leadership.
- Ability to act as a change agent and to impact & convince - strong team player.
- Strong motivation to travel worldwide and pursue an international career in Operations.
