THE HUMAN NUTRITION UNIT FROM THE ROVIRA I VIRGILI UNIVERSITY IS SEEKING FOR CANDIDATES TO APPLY FOR A PRE-DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP FOR 3 YEARS. THE CANDIDATE WILL PERFORM HIS/HER THESIS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BENEFICIAL EFFECTS OF NUTRITION ON GUT MICROBIOTA MODULATION.

PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE:

Minimal requirements:

1. Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field.

2. Having finished (or planning to finish before the beginning of 2018) a master related to Health Sciences.

3. Not being in possession of the title of Doctor by any Spanish or foreign University.

4. Not having previously received a pre-doctoral fellowship for a period of more than 12 months.


Valuable requirements:

- Previous experience in research field.

- Degree marks higher or equal to 2/4 and, if applicable, master marks higher or equal to 2.7/4.

- High English and Spanish level

- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

- Statistics (SPSS, Stata, R, etc.)
